Counselling Services
In the course of delivering our counselling services to you, it is necessary to gather and document personal information. This information plays a crucial role in our understanding, support, and therapeutic approach, ensuring that our counseling services are tailored and well-informed.
Confidentiality
All personal data collected by the counsellor throughout the counselling sessions will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Personal information, including counselling notes, will not be shared outside of the session, except in the following circumstances:
Upon subpoena by a court.
When failure to disclose such information would pose serious and immediate harm to you or others.
During the intake and therapy phases, there might be occasions where it's beneficial for the counsellor to collaborate with relevant individuals or organizations aligned with your objectives. In such cases, additional consent forms will be requested.
Additional information (incl. payment/cancellation policies) is listed on the consent form which clients will receive ahead of their initial counselling session.
