As part of offering our counselling service to you, it is necessary to gather and document personal information. This information is integral to our understanding and support provided during counselling sessions, enabling your counsellor to deliver a relevant and well-informed counselling service.

All personal information obtained by the counsellor during the provision of counselling services will be treated with confidentiality and kept secure, except in the following situations:

During the counselling process, there might be occasions where it is beneficial for your counsellor to collaborate with relevant individuals or agencies to better address your needs.
